Cool stuff....I see both your zoos have rhinos Satis, that's pretty cool. :) And hippos...we used to have rhinos in Antwerp zoo, but they were taken away a year ago. :( Sux, cos i like em best. You could get really close to them too. And meerkats ROCK. There's a place with some 20-30 of them in Antwerp zoo, in the midst of the kids section...the kids are typically too small to reach far enough over the (plastic) rail to touch them, but an adult like me can easily reach for them and feed them stuff. One of the bastards did bit me once, however. :/ Bleh. There's lots more i could rave about, penguins, crocs, noctuarium (apart from cool night creatures also a good place to make out during past school trips ;) ) dolphins, polar bears, elephants...it's all good. :D

Anyway, what is it that you like better about the fort worth one? The reptile complex, or the "Wild Texas" thing, heh. I never knew there were armadillos in Texas. :/ On another note: saw "Texas-size fun!" somewhere..Texas, being the largest state, is synonymous for "big" then, right? Or maybe i'm way off, as usual.

Cool stadium Suga!! How many ppl can it hold, any idea? I actually thought of posting pics of the stadium of my local (and favorite) club, but it's kinda degenerating, hehehe. They relegated to 2nd divison last year, sucks. :( And to think they even played a European cupfinal back in the nineties...life sure looked good then for a fan. Now i get piss from supporters of other teams, lol. It's capable of holding a mere 13.000 ppl. Here's some pics

Degeneration showing here:

P.S. I had a hard time finding any pics of my fav bars too...internet sux.

Fort Worth zoo is just bigger and has more crap. Not like I've been recently or anything. :) As far as the 'Texas-size' stuff, yes. Texas is synonymous with big, at least in Texas. Dunno what to say about that, really. btw, I hate my job.

there is huge development going on at the MCG, which won't have finished until after the Commonwealth Games 2006.
But after that is all finished, it should hold 100 000 or so. :D it's a mad as stadium

Well, this explains a lot you rabid bastard. Lol, well If ox ever comes to visit, we'll take him to drayton manor (a theme park) and whilst me and pev are on the rides (i'm forcing her on the roller coasters) we can leave ox in the mini zoo. Maybe a lion will eat him.

EDIT: A little re read and I have to say, OX WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING IN THE KIDS SECTION!!!1!!! OMG!!! ROFL!!!111 LOL1111!1!11!?

Hehe, I don't know if customs would allow a stuffed meercat to pass. :) They'd prolly think it's a cover for dope trafficking.

They kinda resemble otters Suga, but they're less watery, mostly. And way more stupid. One of the characters of the lion king is a meercat, but forgot his name. They're like an ultra-social community of small digger rodents. Goddamn @ the 100.000 ppl in the stadium btw lol. I REALLY underestimated Melbourne. :D

@ Mole..I stumbled in there by accident, together with a few other adults, if that's what you're after. :P But when we saw that they had a kangaroo and meercats there we hung around for a while there...too bad about all those pesky kids though. :)

I didn't mean that they look alike, heh. I meant that they're funny in the same way, behaving kinda fussy and dumb. :)

Cool pics Derfman, what city is that again?
