meat is excellent. I went a long time eating just meat... huge chunks of ham, huge steaks, whatever. Unfortuanetly, I started to become vitamin deficient and stopped growing hair in spots. Twas rather odd. So I've decided eating a few vegetables now and again is probably a good thing.

 Well, I was growing a beard at the time, and a spot just went bald. Originally I thought I'd accidently shaved it off, but it refused to grow back. Just... bald. I started taking vitamins and it started growing again.

Vege's rock as much as meat does, unless they are cooked the way they are supposed to be, which is crunchy, i prefer them soft and juicy.
