Lol, Don't get me starte... wait you did. I LOVE ALTON TOWERS! Not been to thorpe yet.

one year, I had a season pass to alton towers (then was £52, now £108!!!) and boy,we must of worked them into debt that year!

but now they got all dumb charges for carparking! hopefully, Me family, me and pev going to the fireworks show, thats the best firework show in the world. They had europes biggest firework a few years back... fucking hell, it knocks you back like mad!

I boycot there charges, especially cuz i don't think it's maddam tusards anymore is it? but the rides and park is amazing, from the gardens to the towers, it's awesome. Haven't been this year since right when it first opened, so gotta go and get back on the rides :D see the new things! I can't believe they changed the haunted house though! they made it in to a shoot 'em up! which is cool, but the HH was a tradition. You had to go on it despite knowing exactly what happens. I knew that place of by heart... prolly still do :D

Alton towers is Amazing!

And yeah, the season pass, rules were

As many entrences to a Madam Tussards resort in the Uk excluding special events, in some cases you got cheaper entrance, or entrace 1 ONE special event free

1 entrance to each of the abroad Maddam Tusards Resorts

And cheaper "half hour early" booking + hotel reservations

Excuse you,. I'll go on any ride you put in front of me. And I mean any. I go on everyride that I'm not to tall for at alton towers :D I usually do (based on names i remember)

Squirrel Nutty Ride (for laughs)
The mini-beast
the X-zone (oblivion, enterprise, black hole and the one that holds u upside down)
Then on to Katanga canyon (Runaway mine train, rapids)
Then to the forbidden Vally (The haunted house and further up nemesis, air, ripsaw and blade)
Then Ug land (corkscrew, astro dancers (old name for it) and the bone shaker)

Sometimes swap katanga for ug land though.

It's gay, i didn't get a jelly 5 t-shirt! they had a "big jelly 5" compo t-shirt for anyone double hard enough to go on 5 white knuckle rides, i went on em all! lets see

Nemesis
Ripsaw
Oblivion
Corkscrew
The New Beast (they took it down! the one roller coaster you weren't strapped on, and the best ride they ever had!!)
The black hole (identical to the new beast, but in the dark, slightly smaller and strapped in)

hmmm, only 6, unless the mine train was a white knuckle, but don't think it was. but i go on every damn ride anyway.

lol, you sick girl. Waltzers are brilliant, especially at Drayton Manor. Go there a couple of hours after opening, so the rides have warmed up, and say to the guy that one of your mates reckons he can't spin him faster than the guy who was on last month ;)

OMG! you don't know what A waltzer is? it's prolly the best fairground quality ride ever!

Basically, you got a series of rotating seats (like a tea-cup but not)

at one side of the seat (it's on a circle with one side cut out) is a pivot attatched to the floor, and on the remianing sides, it has wheels, on a metal strip track.

The whole floor spins around, and goes up and down like a wave, this causes you car to swing. And Visiously so too. You can reach many many high speeds, for long periods of time. especially if the guy pushes you good. it's better to have either two weighty people, at the oposite side of the pivot, to maintiang motion, but to get motion, all sitting on one side of the cart for a while helps. You will master it soon enough. my son.
