I think there was also a Helm of Balduran that gave extra HP? Not sure.

To get back off topic: The Helm of Balduran is found in Irenicus' dungeon (the room next to the driads and the portal). It gives you 5 extra hit points, an armour class bonus of 1 and I believe a saving throw bonus of one ore two.
