This one is very limited (probably only mysql(4) compatibile bases supported!), slow, not 100% accurate (utf-8 and similar not supported!) and not-user-friendly but it can give preliminary results: {User - length of its posts}.

Running:
- Download phpbb backup via admin panel
- Rename it in data.sql
- Create new dir
- Place this files and data.sql in that dir
- Run exec.bat
- See res.html for results

The source is not something which would represent me good enough so it is not published. I'll do it for the next release. Of course, I don't take responsibility for any damages caused by using this thing (it's safe to say that it will not affect files out of the dir where it is placed if you use it as it is described).

Better version comes but I'm interested to see what it will say for CK. That is why I posted it.

ok, I can't do a standard dump through the phpbb admin panel. I can grab standard dump databases from phpmyadmin, though. Will this work? And what filename does your app expect?

Post subject:

It should work for mysql 4.
Name which is expected is data.sql.

well, it ran...parsed a 36MB file in about 15 seconds. However, I don't think the results are as expected.

Oh, dear. Obviosly I must do this via php/mysql or make it smarter. It worked on mine:

Quote:
Revisor 98972 bytes
Данило 39406 bytes
Змај 22051 bytes
Алан 20858 bytes
bicca 14679 bytes
El Fuego 14220 bytes
...

And it not worked on yours because tables have not the same order.

This really doesnt prove anything because it really wont be able to tally up how much a person real post. Not everyones post is comprised of their own text. For instances, I post articles a lot of times, and also anything you quote from someone is going to be counted. So the tally wont be how much the person really posted.

But it is good fun. It's easy to exclude "Elven Bravo the Great", if you feel bothered with this.

Anyway, when one cite someone, he/she should put that text in quote tag and name the source after text. That procedure is necessary on my forum and makes this statistic job idle and more accurate.

O no, you can count me in. I just post a lot of articles in my post so it *might* have me with a high byte count.

Hi!

Sorry that I write against subject but I have a very important (for me :)) question to GeFreeman.

In other forum for 2 years ago you have written that in your study you wrote a work with subject: ".... MOVEMASTER RM-501..." (sorry I can't find now exactly subject).

You see. I'm studing now at university in germany and I have to programe exactly this mashine. The problem is to solve the mathematical model of robot's move. I mean the tranformation from kartezian coordinate system to robots parameters.
Maybe You could help me in some way?

I will be very appriciated.
Thanks for any answer.

Damian

No probs about help. But, this my *project* never became public because professors were not interested for. So it was abandoned. I just dumped everything and I'm afraid I cannot find even printed material now.

But, I think I still can be of help, regardless that I'm in lack of time. I think you just need only one function which transform coords.

Personaly, I'd like to take this conversation here, but we can talk via e-mail or icq as well.

Well, ok. You had my e-mail and you could post here. I'll assume that you have solved the problem of inverse cinematics for that robot.

This thread gonna to become very off but I'll say what stopped me for all this time. I hoped, ... I tried, ... I strived to get close to the one person which attracted me. Seemly, I have failed. Sorry, you won't have GFreemanin or mrs Freeman here for now. When I add that I soon (in monday) have an exam for which I'm not too prepared, the image of the pressure upon me grows.

So that's what's all about. My heart is wounded and I have to learn German like good puppy which I'm not. Don't have few hrs for this.
