that is absolutely freakin' horrible. You're talking less than ISDN speeds (well, 2 BRI ISDN). That sucks donkey balls. You have 2-3x the throughput of a dialup modem, basically. When I had ADSL here, I got 80KB/sec downstream and 16KB/sec upstream (640/128). On cable now I have about 260KB/sec down and 32KB/sec upstream. So, anyway, to keep it simple: That Connection Sucks Donkey Cock. |

lol. yeah, seriously man, i don't know how they manage to get that sold as being ADSL, that's awful beyond knowing. 
I got ADSL too, and i got: - Download speed : 2840 kbit/s or 355 kbyte/s - Upload speed : 106 kbit/s or 13 kbyte/s If i'm not tripping then i should have a connection that's over 15 times as fast as yours, that's...bad. |

Hmm. I agree with you satis, but lemme just point something out. (unless I am missing something) I posted that i have Downstream 118kbs Upstream 65kbs you put 80kbs/60kbs that makes mine faster than yours? |

nono, I put 80kB/sec. That's kilobytes rather than kilobits. 80kilobytes = 640kilobits. My current connection: 2080kb/sec down, 256kb/sec up. |

why the fuck it called Tiscali 512? 512 Kbps should dowenload at 64 KBps! Yours is 14.8 KBps i have 16 KBps with NTL 128! |

I did another speed test recently, and got much better results. guess something was bandwidth sapping. so maybe thats why. |
