Linux
I have been convinced to parition my drive and install Linux on one half. Just for the sake of trying out alternative OS's.
I think im going to either install RedHat or Mandrake.
Have you guys got any experience in Linux?

Yes. My experience is primarily with RedHat.

been busy with work, I'm afraid. College starts up for me soon as well... I don't know if I'll be able to post much.

Is Red Hat difficult to grasp?

Kinda depends on your point of view. As far as Linux is concerned, I think RedHat and Mandrake are probably the easiest to start with.
However, Linux isn't exactly an easy O/S to learn. It's a totally new world. You better be ready to relearn everything... it's not like Windows.

I have used both. For a linux newb go with Mandrake. Alot more user friendly.

yea, I try to stop by and read regularly. I can't do it from work, though. And no time to post. Still, making some fat cash (sorta), so I'm not complaining. Just spent $200 on work clothes. Stupid business casual.
