 PC wont power on I got home from soccer last night and attempted to boot up the PC. Oddly, it wouldn't even start. It's showing no signs of life, as if the power isn't even getting to the PC. The monitor lights come on, so I do have power. I tried going to another socket and connecting just the power cord + PC, but still no dice.
Dead PSU?
Any tips for troubleshooting?

Re: PC wont power on Most likely yes. Or you have switched the power button on the PSU itself to 'off'.

Re: PC wont power on Yeah, that definitely sounds like a dead PSU. Do you have a spare one lying around? Give it a test. Or steal O'Cram's PSU while he's out and use that to test it.

Re: PC wont power on I'd definitely check that power switch on the PSU itself. Otherwise yea, most likely culprit would be the PSU dying.
