Ace Utilities
I've been using this for five minutes and I can say it works pretty good, espescially for people like me who don't know a shit about andvanced computing but still want their pc to be quite tidy.
The only problem is that it's a 30-day trial.
Does anyone else here use this?

you could always just keep changing your clock on the computer, but that does eventually bugger things up. Cause your computer will have dates stored for when things were installed, if you keep changing the date back the computer says a date before the programs were installed. and then they don't seem to work

It hasn't yet screwed anything. I haven't found a backup-before-deleting option anywhere though.

Hmmm, Dunno if i can be bothered with downloading a trial, but it sounds like it could help, does it contain the tweaks that are currently availible to do manually?

It can't tweak really, at least not as good as manually with satis' guide.
But it hasn't crashed with me.
