Hardware question

  My 450mhz computer died.
 It's toast. I disassembled it and placed the pieces in static bags. The CPU is dead. The motherboard is probably fried. That was the first computer I ever built.  At least it didn't take the rest of the pieces with it, I suppose._________________ They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. no, I'm self-taught. Been playing with computers since I was 13 (27 now). I had a job for awhile doing tech support for an ISP...learned a shitload there. Now I'm taking some networking and linux classes. I love computers. They infinitely cooler than 99% of humanity.
Heh. Anyway...stupid computer. Oh well, I knew it was running hot, I just didn't care enough to do anything about it. At least I didn't lose any data. _________________ They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety. |
