Post max_user_connections
The forums and my other sites have been getting max_user_connection database errors intermittently. Nothing changed code-wise, so I suspect something happened with my host. Saying that they tech support isn't the greatest is probably an understatement, so rather than deal with them, I implemented code to switch between multiple database users. Since the max_connections is per database user, I basically tripled the available active connections. I'm hoping this mitigates the problem.

They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety.
