I don't think that altar replenishes your magicka, only your health. But I could be wrong. :) Try a velkynd stone or a potion, if that does it then you're probably not bugged but it's just normal.

I rarely ever used shrines tbh. :( Just boosted spell absorption to ridiculous heights so I could benefit from my enemies' attacks. And kept a big mace handy at all times. :)

Ah I see, no problems then, the stones and potions worked fine :)

Did you use a shield or would that have been to much weight? Female Bretons are pretty weak, Did you have weight problems going with the heavy armour?

Sorry about all the questions  Shame you didn't do any screenshots of that chick.

I usually didn't use a shield, no...if you can find a good small shield then by all means use it though. Just don't use one that reflects magicka (instead of absorbs) because that will limit your magicka intake. :)

As for weight issues...yeah, I did have some. Try enchanting an item with a spell reducing your weight load, it will get you out of some tough spots (dungeons with awesome loot and you can carry even 1/3rd out to sell...you know what i mean ;) ).

He was clicking the send form like a madman, while his browser was failing to load the page that confirms send.
