Yeah i know, i dont have the game yet, but here's my thread (empty, meaningless and useless, but soon to be filled with screenshots).

Anyway, im wondering if i would after all return to my Morrowind character as a full on Crusader in Oblivion. Its just that most of the stuff im seeing is kinda stimulating more my Crusader (skull crashing, treasure liberating, conquering) tastes.

Ah well, i guess ill just have to wait to decide for sure.

Definitely getting it first thing tomorrow morning.

Shit: No im not, ive got a lecture @ 0915, and an assignment to hand in. Ah well, there goes that idea. :lol:

Actually: The assignment deadline is at 2000 hours, and its a 'B' grade so far anyway, thats good enough. As for the lecture, i can always catch-up (kind of).

Okay its 1400, and i just had 4 hours of straight play.

My sentiments at this moment in time are threefold.

1 = Wow: What a nice game!
2 = Overwhelmed: Theres just so much to see and do, so little time.
3 = Homesick: My character has no home, no origin, and arguably, no motive.

What i like so far:
===========

Graphics: My settings atm are:

Everything on minimum/off except:

Draw distance = full
Object fade, character fade, etc = medium
Textures = Largest
Bloom = on
Res = 1024*768
AA = low

With this, i get 40-60 FPS, but when there are even a few NPC's about it runs at 25 FPS. Strangely, i dont mind this at all because combat tends to run usually at 35-40 FPS.

Oh, my system is:

7800GTX
3.0GHz HT P4 (530)
1GB DDR2

Audio dialogue: very nice. Makes communication very natural.

What im finding annoying atm:
===================

Mouse: Unable to change mouse control settings.

Interface: Inventory/Skills/Magic interface is quite cack.

Selling: Cant sell stolen goods.

Lol, press X ;) haha

Derf man, or satis, or whoever, I need a screen shot. (I'll also look properly on pev's PC later)

Go to the sewer exit, and turn left as though you've just came out of the sewers. go forward till you get to the river, take a screeny looking at one side of the river (toward the hills) from the other. I want to see the flora draw distance on a PC.

As for a screenie...man, I'm so far away from the imperial city. I'm hanging out near Kvatch. :wink:
