Yeah..and in D&D druids mostly don't use metal weapons, but stuff like clubs, bows, staves and slings.

good call on conjuration btw Peltz...there's talk of necromancy (raising dead enemies to do your bidding) getting a serious upgrade in Oblivion. If it didn't clash with my other main stats I might include it, crack junk with a zombie army would make sense!

Having said that: you can coat weapons in potions, w00t! I hope I can coat mine in Skooma and moonsugar and dope up my enemies. :P

(prolly not, but hey)

You can only do that, one arrow at a time. As a result, i'd probably avoid the bother.

you're a ranger and marksmanship is your least important skill? Wierdo.

So now we have Ox the crack whore and Derf the Ranger that hates bows.

Maybe I'll be a swordfighter that's afraid of sharp edges.

Bows are for pussies. I will use mine to bait in the hordes of monsters.

Hehehe...I've actually been thinking of taking a bow along (but not as a major skill per se) to use my 'bad' potions to some effect. Because i'm hand-to-hand I won't be able to "poison" my weapon, I presume. (but then, fist of poison would be ubercool and very bruce lee)

So I'll need a bow to use my potions on enemies with. Who knows, maybe I can OD them on moonsugar. :P (fat chance, but the idea is fun)

Heh heh. Fist Of Poison starring Crack Junk as...Chuck Norris.

I don't know if youll be able to OD.

When the gates to Oblivion opened up no Daedra came out and instead they frantically tried to close them on the other side, they all heard Chuck Norris was in town.

When the guard asked Chuck Norris for his race/class/skills, Chuck just roundhouse kicked him in the face, killing him instantly. Nobody forgets Chuck Norris.

Whoever was interviewing Todd Howard reported that he said "There is over 14 square miles of procedurally generated lush forrest" was GROSSLY misstaken. what he REALLY said was: "There is over 14 square miles of procedurally generated Chuck Norris."

TES IV was originally going to be called TES IV: Chuck Norris, but whenever the latest videocards tried to render chuck norris doing roundhouse kicks in next-gen HDR, the CPUs blew up and todd howards head exploded.

They once had an NPC named Chuck Norris but the Radiant AI couldn't handle it. All of the women ended up impregnated and the men were all dead.

Chuck Norris roundhouse kicked the dwemner so hard they disapeared from existance

The Devs tried making their test character as powerful as Chuck Norris but all the leveled creatures were spawning as Mr. T.

There are no crossbows in Oblivion because Chuck Norris says they are unmanly. And when Chuck Norris speaks, Bethesda listens

Mm, after reading the PC Gamer review in the other thread I feel like I should be 1337 at paralyzing opponents. I mean, how cool is it that they just stiffen up and you can push them over or loot their pockets? :D

Problem is that i'm not sure how I'll fit Illusion magic in there...mm. I do have mercantile so I guess it should be possible.

Check http://www.oblivionmods.info for a nice character creation page where you can fiddle with race, sex, birth sign, primary attributes and class focus to adjust your stats. Enjoy. :)
