3 Gay things about Henchmen:
1. You cant hire anyone else apart from those guys.
2. When you finish the chapter, you meet them again and its like "Hello, who are you?".
3. You finish the chapter and before completing the henchaman quest and after that, tough shit, you lose it.

really? i've had tomi(little bastard..), etc, with me all through chapter 1 (or 2), and its like 'oh, hello again'
did you mean 'if you finish the chapter before the henchman quest'?
if you don't solve it in ch 1, then yeah, you're screwed. this is due to the item you recieve getting stronger. no item, no upgrade.
ermm..point 1, have you played hotu yet? you get 2 henchman in that.
just looking forward to how nwn 2 turns out meself.

lolol...those were the days. And Inqui yelling "stop, it's evil!", with me leeching HP from him and Pev. We should really get it started again some time, I still have the save game but problem will be to install the exact same mods as I did, but maybe it was just the ease-of-use one, can't recall atm. Alternatively we could play a more modern RPG sometime. Bleh, we'll see. 
Derf: just ditch the henchmen man...they're only cool in HotU. (  ) And SoU...if you finish NWN you might not feel up to SoU, because it's a very average expansion that doesn't add too many new things, really. Hotu, now THAT'S an expansion.
