Oh yeah, I heard about this yesterday evening. All I can say is...damn. This may be a good thing for The Old Republic (given Mythic's MMORPG experience), but other than that...*shivers*

on a positive note, EA seems to be learning that DRM is bad and piracy is good. To quote EA's CEO

Anyway, hopefully the days of ridiculous DRM are over. EA was always the biggest offender imo... I actually missed out on some big games because I refused to deal with the DRM. Let's hope this is the death knell.
