I looked it up for you, it's a random item from Kresselacks Tomb, it also gives +1 Thaco and AC right (becaause it's too big for you, hence Giant)? It vaguely remembered there were some penalties on it, so i guess this is the one.

Is it only random? It looked such a good item. my brother wanted to sell it shows how bad a gameplayer he is. I had him asking me what to do yesterday all day.

Yeah, should work. But just play the game like it's supposed to man. I thought it was pretty neat that some items were random. Priest spells will get absurdly powerful anyway in IWD. Have two priests buff your party with hi-lvl spells and throw a haste in: none shall stand in your way.
