General

* Updated Adrenaline behavior so that death removes all Adrenaline.

* Updated Exhaustion behavior so that if you cast an Exhaustion spell while your maximum energy is below 10, your maximum energy can be reduced to below zero.

* Fixed a bug that allowed attack speeds to stack past 33%.

* Fixed a bug that prevented attack debuffs from reducing a target more than 33% (maximum is 50%).

* Fixed a bug that kept speed boosts from having an effect on you if you had a debuff slowing you by 50%.

Offering of Blood isn't viable energy management for monks anymore. Mantra of Recall ftw.

well, I see alot of positives.

They fixed Peace and Harmony, finally, so now it's viable for a monk to use along with heal party and stuff like that. Yay!

They removed Ox's chests. :)

They seem to have made rangers more viable as damage dealers, and pets too, amazingly enough. Yay for pets!

They fuxored mend ailment. :(

Also, the death of IWAY. :)

Eles seem to have gotten a nice boost too...like Mark of Rodgort to a 5 sec recharge, that's sexy.

not *quite* the death of iway, though a step in that direction; it still triggers on pets.
