I thought there were some RT-fans here, so you guys played the demo yet? I`m thinking of giving it a shot, but anyone knows if this 'cheat' is correct, or at least not patched or something? (since i`m fairly new to the game i might need some extra time, 45 minutes is the standard limit i think) No Time Limit, and without hacking anything! You can just ALT-TAB out of that, BTW fantastic, demo, set your Windows-clock a couple of hours back...and just sit back and enjoy the ride. It works. I just found out, by reading through the exe-file with Wordpad, that it uses the system-clock to determine when the game ends (and starts ); like in all the good old timed demos. Have fun! Really, Atari...that trick dates back to the 90's timed demos. You have to figure out some new way to create time limits... |
