Not sure if you've seen this, but a VR Half Life from the perspective of Alyx. I thought I'd stopped caring about Half Life after Valve abandoned it... again... But yea, this looks pretty cool.

I always thought that they would revive Half-Life if they either had new tech they wanted to promote or when the competition got tough. I guess they chose tech.

At least according to Wikipedia, it does support my headset. I haven't used that thing in months. I wish they were quicker/easier to use and "zero", but I knew going in that I was an early adopter. I'm good with that. I think VR is going to be amazing when it (finally) takes off for real. Then again, people have been saying that about Linux for nearly 30 years, so who knows.

I kid haha. Pretty jealous you got a headset and I don't, if anything! But yeah I'm also happy to not be a trailblazer and adopt the tech when it's become more widely adopted and comes at a better price point. :P

I am thinking of buying a superwide screen though. Those things look so sexy...

The game is coming out this Monday btw (23rd). Do you have a copy Satis? I think you're the only one of us with a VR headset. :roll:
