Some game updates...
ok, first, Republic: the revolution. Sorry Rinox, Gamespot didn't much like it.

And, Stalker: Oblivion Lost. A bit more info, though not a whole lot. I can't wait for this one.

Pff, Gamespot, that's not much of an authority! Hehe..but seriously...that sux. I hope this is just a case of "personal dislike", it happens sometimes eh, that someone dislikes a game that's generally regarded as very likeable or even classic. I recall that even Half-Life got a moderate review when it came out, bet that guy is long fired by now.
Ofcourse, this is just me trying to make myself belief that it's like this. I always wanted to be a "good" dictator.

yea, hopefully. There should be more reviews out there by now. I'll snoop around a bit when I get done here.
*edit*
as promised, some reviews.
http://pc.ign.com/articles/436/436424p5.html
IGN seems to be a pretty fair review. The guy mentions alot of bad stuff, but also admits he'll be playing it for awhile and it is, overall, a really good game.
anoter one:
http://www.gamesdomain.com/gdreview/zon ... ublic.html
once more, kindof on the rail. A little less flattering than the IGN one, I think.
and another:

*/edit (for now)*

Someone played/seen commandos 3 yet? The demo is out but i`m too close to my downloadlimit so haven`t been able to try it out yet.
Loved the first commandos, commandos2 was fun but never really got addicted.

i know, but I`m not going to pay for something that my brother will probably only waste on useless stuff.
And since i`m done with school now, i might begin to search for a place for me and my gf to live together. that`s something for the future though. but in that case i`m going to need every euro i have, and search for work .. work aaaaaaargh.

Lol, i hear ya...any idea where you might settle down yet? I mean, in which city? Antwerpen, Gent or Brussel? Or someplace else.

Really no idea at all. Prolly will depend a bit on where i might find a job (if i find one of course). My gf works in brussel, and lives in leuven for the moment (good connection with the train). So it`s really hard to tell where we end up. Mechelen, Antwerpen, Leuven, ... dunno.
Just have a brilliant idea: first companies where i`m going to apply are Stella and the like. Or is it the leffe in my head speaking?

Lol, if you're getting a job at Stella i'll come over and stalk your free-beer ass!
As for the train connection...well, from and to brussel there's kinda a good train connection in every corner of Belgium aye. Trains don't ride late tho. Same for buses, two days ago i had to WALK 15 kilometres home from Antwerpen cos i missed my last bus (1 AM), and everyone i knew that could pick me up was either too busy with job/studies/whatever to bother or i left their phone numbers at home. Ah well.
Good luck with it anyways, whatever you two decide to do. Money shouldn't be too much of a problem if you're "tweeverdieners" eh.

PS! I forgot, Ascaron is publishing a game called Pirate hunter. Its running on Port Royale engine so to speak and is quite similiar to it with some exceptions, anyway i liked Port Royale so im keeping my eyes on this one.
