Re: Hitman: Absolution
Judging by their record, it's going to be fully blown console bullshit.

Re: Hitman: Absolution
I loved the last hitman. Loved it so much I'd have its babies.

Re: Hitman: Absolution
To be fair, Blood Money was already cross-platform when it came out and was an excellent game on PC. So...things may not be all bad. We can hope!

Re: Hitman: Absolution
cool video, but he's doing it all wrong. Killing everybody is the worst possible way to beat the missions.

Re: Hitman: Absolution
Yeah, that's what I was thinking too when I saw it. I went like...yeah that's not very silent assassin-y. RPS has a preview up http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2011/06 ... /#commentsFrom that it seems like it's still like the originals, the CGI trailer is just to reel in the twitchy kids.

Re: Hitman: Absolution
Interesting comment on that page and quite true too, apparently 47 looks like Batman, or at least his long lost brother.

Re: Hitman: Absolution
The user comments make me want to kill humanity.
Anyway, looks interesting. The mechanics look solid... strangling, changing clothes, all that good shit. I'm curious how linear it is... the video made it seem very linear after a point, but that doesn't necessarily make it so. As long as there are a ton of different ways to tackle a mission, I'm totally cool with it.

Re: Hitman: Absolution
Its probably the opening mission. As the comments mention in the previous instalment the opening missions was also linear.

Re: Hitman: Absolution
True, though it seems awfully difficult for a first mission. That's a ton of cops to put holes in you.
