Don't play on Gamespy soz. Only play at 2 different servers; i.e. the 2 "knights who say Ping!" servers and the 3 "de P1zz4hut!" servers. Both Dutch servers. Name is Rinox. Or Rinox@Suck.

Hmmm... I dow.... got Counter-Strike once, but it looked horrible, like an old FPS (Wolfenstein, Quake 1, etc.) Thought it was the wrong one.

Saw a report on Belgian tv a few days ago, it looked good there

Despite what blatant cs-hater Arathorn might say, it does look quite good for its age. And besides, it's about the only decent FPS i can play online. On 400x300 mode. So sights of more than 100 metres of are one big pixel.

How do i fire it up to play CS games?

I don't really have a fav team...i'll just say which weapons i use in which team, mostly.

In both: Deagle, Mp5 navy, steyr scout, nades ( ), both shotguns but preferrably m3

CT's: Sig550 (autosnipe ), TMP, five-seven. Colts if i pick them up, otherwise none.

T's: Mac10, AK. Uhm that's about it. their autosnipe if i'm drowning in the cash.


My main problem is that i can't really handle the most "common" weapons, as you'll have noticed. Which makes that i can be quite ok on specific maps (long range/close combat) , but will get my ass kicked into the infinite on varied maps.

My reason for using it is the server filter, which gamespy doesn't have. It allows you to filter by location, very useful for me, naturally.

Basically, install it, then in the left-hand menu, find the location filter, and select england, the select cs, click "refresh", then double-click the server you want.

Favourite weapons:

CTs: M4A1, Steyr, AWP (I actually hate awpers, but I get so annoyed I awp them back), Scout (hehe)

Ts: AK [nastiest assault rifle around at close range, excellent for single shot sniping], KRIEG [THE ULTIMATE WEAPON - a boosted steyr which fires slightly faster], Mac10, dual berrettas.

What's a Krieg? A sig?

Rinox, youve probably name the majority of the guns there. You might aswell have said. "I dont mind".

Other than that, I use the CS RU mod, which has better graphics.
