As far as im aware, the Belgian have a Para division dedicated to special ops. I dont remember what its called though.

If there was a Duvel brigade, ppl would be commiting crimes en masse around here. And apart from tax fraud, they don't. 
And the 'special ops' police squad around here is just named 'Speciale Interventie Eenheid' or SEI. Translates as Special Intervention Unit/Squad. Just a bunch of supposedly elite policemen. Kinda like SWAT, but less military-style. Less guns around these parts than in the US, so less need of going all-out I guess.
