Post (Mole here) My New Art Project
Hey, yup, its mole. Working on a new drawing, A dragon meets armour kind of thing, nothing new really. but I'm going in two directions with it.

What I've done so far, is drawn the main body in pencil, and penned over it (thats my style) And first, I'm going to computer edit it, and tweak the nasty bits out over time etc etc bla bla add some nice colours, more detail, etc etc.

The other way i'm going is to Go out and get some nice High quality felt pens, and do some decent colours on there for real. i'm going have to get some practice in with the expensive felts though. Figured the artist on the site might be interested in seeing my progression. I'm post up a picture every so often, at different stages of completion. So erh, I'll go get the first couple ready.

Ok, Got in all the preliminary colours, done some slight editing on the lines, you know, gotten rid of the bits that are dotty etc, inserted lines that i'd not drawn, deleted lines that i don't want there.

Next stage i think is to pick a section of the picture to go in to some nice detail on, add dents etc to the armour, and the odd patern? Dunno. I'll see how this seen's out

Started some Shading. Gone for the... er... what the heck is it... pixel shading... or something... hex shading? not sure. That kind of shading. Like in JSR.

Front and side, so that you could make a miniature of it.

lol he's drawing about 4 different positions. but yeah, why not draw it form the side derf? Personally i think the side angle is cool coz you get the impression of him roaring in rage better than i think it would have looked drawn front on.

Image theif! The reason i drew it side on was a mistake actually. I wanted to draw it at 45 angle. (like, so you'd see the outside of his closest arm, and the inside of the furthest one) But it went a little off, and i decide that this looks better anyway. But yeah, I'm gunna redraw him three more times, once I'm done with this, in a few different positions.
