I get the main gist (jist?) of these few lines, but i'd still like for someone to actually translate them if he/she can.


El la U-20 no tiene chances ahora por que esta el mundial, estoy esperando que llegua a bueno en defensa, asi debuta en la mayor, luego del mundial se hara un cambio en ambos seleccionados.

It's about football/soccer, and U-20 is the under-20, if that would be confusing.

Its a bit similar to Italian, this is what i can gather...

The U-20 doesn't have chances in this World Cup. I am hoping that they are good in defence, as not like the majors. The world cup team will undergo some changes and new selections...

Basically i think this is talking about the Spain national team. The fact that they did shite in EURO 2004 means that they want to change things because they think that their under 20 side has no chance in winning.

The spanish squad crushed Germany yesterday with 3-0 on the EK -19 years .. but i`m talking about real-life football, maybe you (ox) are talking about hattrick or something.
At least i don`t understand what it`s all about.

Btw: Teams that are in the EK -19:

Italy
Switserland
Belgium
Oekrain

Spain
Turkey
Poland
Germany

I believe Holland and England both got eliminated by Oekrain in the qualifications. GO BELGIUM :P

I was talking about Hattrick yeah..it's like this:

I have a young Paraguayan defender (18) who was selected for the Paraguayan national team (senior squad), but is warming the bench there. :( So i asked the national coach (who's also the U-20 coach, banana republic you know ;) )why he's not playing for the u-20 team instead. And that was his reply.

So, judging from my own and Derf's deduction (for which i thank thee, ye italo-brit) he's not in the u-20 squad cos those can't get into the WC anyhoo, and he prefers to have him in senior squad already. More or less. :)
