the cool thing about this tournament though is that there are so many teams that have a good chance of winning, to be honest the main contenters are still france though

Bah, after Germany and France Italy is the last country that may win the EC. I like Sweden a lot though, I would like to see them get far or win. |

Yeah  I got 5€ riding on a final in which France beats Portugal as well, but i'd rather not have thr French win.  Italy never wins jack lol.

Hopefully, i also hope that the Italian Lama (Totti) gets suspended, spitting someone in the face is so low, if he wanted to let out his frustration he should have used his fists (or break someone's leg, like he almost did at the end of the game and he got away with yellow). Pussy. And yesterday with russia, again a situation that could have easily been avoided if the 4th referee had a tv with a replay of the fase where the russian goalie (i know his name, just not how to type it ). The poor guy did everything he could to NOT touch the ball, and still he got the red card.
Of course this result will make Spain-Portugal into a very important game for both teams, the loser will probably go out. Go Greece!! |

Totti got a 3 day suspension, so we won't see him anymore this tournament, unless surprisingly they reach semi's. Easy win for england, although they played sloooowly, a few good moments in the game were enough to get rid of the swiss. Rooney as the star of the match, although he could have gotten the red card earlier in the game when going with his leg stretched into the keeper. Let's call it compensation for the red card silvestre didn't get

Yes i know. I admit, Totti is a wanker for doing what he did. I officially label him a tit from now on. But above all! There is one player in this tournament which is really twisting my nuts. He plays like a retard, he looks like a mutant, YES! its WAYNE ROONEY! Grrrrr.... Just thinking about his face and his stupid face makes me want to run someone over. BTW....I want Greece to go far. I like their style, they seem to be one of the few teams that want to do well and try at the smame time. |

Hehe i got to admit, Rooney more looks like a boxer that isn't very good at what he's doing, he seems a bit like the bulldozer-ish type as well, he would run into a wall convinced he will go through it. But he's playing a good tournament up till now. |

Funny, when i saw him play i immediately had to think about Gascoigne as well, so there must be some truth in it. And ehm .. "controlled" agression with Gascoigne .. okay but with several bugs in the control if you ask me
