The biggest i can find are 800*600 screenshots and wallpapers.

I have got an idea. You could try and print a small (800*600) portrait, then scan it. When you scan it it will be HUGE, so you should have no problem resizing it smaller. Just make sure you have enough RAM!

Then you still have the 800*600 portrait in even a worse quality.

Yeah i think the quality will go down dramatically that way. Best way is like ox: search in yahoo or google (in images) for the portrait.
