Off course I read Asterix, but I can't remember any reason given there. I have the particular book in German, so I might check.

I remember if you go to Asterix in Britain you will see a stereotipicisation of the Brits and Gardening.

I remember Asterix, but besides big rocks I remember nothing about gardening. Lots of Italians getting their asses kicked. :)

That one is very good. :D
I think that's my favourite too, maybe after Aterix and the Belgians. I love those sterotypes in the Dutch translation.
