What does the reference "inboxer rebellion" on snopes mean? I don't get the reference. Am I just slow in the head?

well, I'm sure the original reference in the Boxer rebellion, which was a rebellion in China to try and kick out foreigners.

The 'inboxer' rebellion is, imo, a not-so-clever play on words
Does that cover it, or do you need my to draw you pictures?

odd, never heard of the boxer rebellion? I learned about it in high school, I believe... a couple paragraphs maybe. But my mind is wierd... I remember stuff I shouldn't, and flunk tests for forgetting the easy stuff.

Am i the only one who doesn't have a single clue with pig is talking about?
Boxer rebellion rings a bell though, in some obscure forgotten part of my brain, in the category: "i know i heard of it but what was it about ".
Oh it might help if you told me what a "snope" is??
