Worth seeing in my opinion. Somebody said at college that there will be another but after watching it I disagree so i thought that I would check opinion

good film, non stop action, slightly annoying that the actual matrix didn't feature in it that much, and the smith battle was to short. again.

Ive seen some clips of the sentinel attack on Xian/Xion/Zion/Zian.
A bit strange that in the far future the only human army has giant robot war-walkers instead of sophisticated battle tanks or missiles. Am i right Satis?

they have shoulder mounted twin rocket launchers, and where the battle takes place (the docks) there isn't really enough room for tanks anyway.
the walkers were a bit of an aliens rip off though.
and its zion.
theres a rumour that they are trying to work it so they can do a few more but it could be shit if they do that. maybe a spin off of some kind.

I haven't seen the movie yet. When I'll do I'll post my critique.

hehe just got back from seeing it.
Thought it was pretty good! The second is my favourite though.
I agree that the smith/neo fight scene was a little short, but cool as still!
I doubt there will be a forth one, i don't think the actors would want to come back... If there is another, it'll be a shitty rip off like... Grease 2! lol
Definately worth seeing, wasn't one of those movies that gets heaps and heaps of hypes, and just flops.

lol, nothing could be that bad
the actual concept of the matrix could have far more mileage in it though, they should do a couple more films with different actors, maybe pre-dating the current crop.
like the animatrix stuff
oh, and i also think they rushed it all a bit, could've been a film inbetween reloaded and revolutions

Just got back from watching Matrix #3,... Hmm, about time Trinity dies... yeah umm, dunno... I liked it don't get me wrong I liked it a lot, however... it seemed a bit like watching a soap opera. To gushy happy. Many parts were indeed a rip of either star wars or aliens. Actually the machine god guy thing reminded me of tron. There should not be another, cause to me they seem to be getting worse and worse. Don't want it to be like Rocky. The first was the best. It made me want to have crazy mad sex. The second and third were nice to watch but didn't give you that oh my god orgasm feeling.

yea, 3 was ok. It had alot of stuff going for it, but portions were just retarded. The defensive robot things were stupid. The way the calamari attacked was stupid. The whole idea of a large swarm of calamari attacking was pretty stupid, actually...why not just put a nuclear warhead in your digger? It drills through, drops down, then POOF, thermonuclear explosion. The whole thing is underground anyway, so it wouldn't cause alot of collateral damage.
I did like the machine city. I like the fact that the robots weren't all made for killing. The end of Smith wasn't too bad, either... especially if you consider Smith to be a virus. Kinda funny that, since he calls the human race a virus in the first movie. I thought the final battle was pretty cool (between Smith and Neo). Neo's eyes being burned out is very Dune-esque, though.
Errr;...yea, I'll leave it at that for now.
