i'm getting a new one for my birthday thank god, but you can get a new batt for it at the link for about £20 if your interested. i know how irritating it is when it does that. 
man..trigger happy tv...he has SOOO much to answer for...don't get me wrong, i love the programme but EVERYONE had that bloody ring tone, and a lot of people still do after about 2 years! it was funny for a while, but jesus...   (not having a go at you caz.  )

lol bj. yeah i know you can get a new batt, it's just...well...£20 for the batt when the phone itself only cost £70...it's ok if i turn it off to charge. just should have better habits i guess lol.

yeah, the batteries are a pain in the ass, i think i hit the jack pot with my battery though, it last about a week before I have to charge it, sometimes more

well mine used to but i used to keep charging it when it was on 1 and keep it switched on at the same time. when i first had it i'd let it completely die then leave it switched off til it was charged. but this charging while on and not fully dead has knackered it.

Believe me people, you could put Mole in an isolated padded room, with no food that had any kind of ingredient in that could possibly affect his mind...and he'd still be a completely crazy ass that everyone looked at weirdly while trying to pass him by with 300 miles space in between.
