Nope, it stands for Resistant Materials, we call it RM for short (you try telling someone that you have resistant materials next) it's bascially woodwork, metalwork and plasticwork

yea, shop class. 'Wood shop', 'work shop', something. What people in shop actually did depended on the school. Might be wood working. Might be small internal combustion engines (training the future lawnmower mechanics of america). Metal working. Whatever.

Regardless, that class is always for the people that were never expected to go to college. :/

And I'm doing 4 subjects at college and at least one of the guys in my RM was expected A-Bs and I got 9 A*-C and I took RM. Admittably my teacher was a pillock with the brains of an amoeba.
