tell me you are joking man... i mean, they drilled it in to us not to use brand names unless they ask for them.
the answers is summat like "A word processor is a program that can be used to easy creat a text based document, and still leave it open to editing and modification, printing or forwarding (sending) an advantage of this, is that the document can be edited unlike a real "hard copy" document, which will have to be started over"

lol it aint just stuff like that. you have to know how to manage change of IT systems, how to analyse/design/implement/test and evaluate the systems as well. stuff like that. so basically it's all about being able to use the comp and customise it well, without doing anything technical like actually changing a motherboard, or fiddling with BIOS, or using programming languages.
