Well in defence of the driver, it is illegal to stop or park anywhere on a highway, the thick continous white line is kinda self explanatory. |

The truck wasn't parked though, it was in a traffic jam to get to the exit. Either way, fucked up shit. Hope modern car science at least stopped the driver from being squeezed to death. |
