I think democracy and his own butt are two things he isn't spearheading :D.

According to the study that took place in 2015 spring 19% of russians consider Estonia to be in the top 5 of most hostile countries towards russia. In 2011 it was 30% of russians. And in 2007 when Estonia went through the Bronze Night event (riots + large scale cyber attacks) the number was 60%.

And this is why we make sure we meet all the NATO criteria and why we continually invest and upgrade our military forces. Because Russia tends to use quick successful wars to boost the popularity of the current government and directing the hostility of its populace from the real culprits (their own politicians) to outside enemies.

Edit: Forgot the picture

No place like Russia :D Some of those are not actually in Russia though - I can tell by the traffic signs (they're not always in Cyrillic, which they would be in Russia). Entertaining nonetheless.

How's this for humor?

Some golden quotes from the article

"There's also definitely disillusionment with the UK, with British life. We're all subservient, we won't know what's going on." -> yeah, because in Russia there is a glorious democracy where you're not subservient.

“It would be a lot better then living under Cameron's and Corbyn’s EU law.” Another added: “Thank you for your kind offer Mr Putin, if we do not get out of the EU many may be taking up your offer in the future.” -> LOOOOL. While I'm not gonna pretend the EU is good for everyone or everything, people saying that living in a thinly veiled authoritarian dictatorship like Russia would be "better" than living in the EU are seriously misguided. They're gonna be so happy when they land in Siberia and find it's, well, SIBERIA.

I swear, some people need be put under adult supervision. Of course the UK's overly emotional anti-EU sentiment is not helping. Rule Brittannia!

You should've mentioned the title of the article in your post. I was wondering what you were going on about, clicked, read the title and wow. Are people in the UK really that ignorant? I wouldn't live in Russia under any circumstances. Some free land in bum-fuck Siberia does not entice me in the least.

It's a bit amusing, since in the US there's a big "I'm moving to Canada if Trump gets elected" thing going on. It's mostly BS as well, but at least Canada is a decent place to live. I wonder how many would consider moving to Somalia or Syria in exchange for free land.

90% of British people are clueless on history, let alone politics. Their personal emptiness would fit right in with the nothingness of Siberia.

Lol. So very true in my experience. Most stupid Brits I know still think they live in the golden imperial age, with the UK as the pinnacle of development, class and knowledge. This image is also perpetuated in the media so a lot of people I know who have never actually been to the UK (mostly young foreigners with a romantic notion) still regard it that way. The reality is that it's probably the biggest pool of filth in all of Western Europe. :(

But yeah, regardless of how much one hates Trump, the EU or Cameron, if you honestly believe Russia is a "better place to live" then you deserve...to live in Russia. So I hope they all fuck off and go there.
