Re: Listverse - 10 facts about Estonia Currently the only homeless on public transport are the ones the cops bought a ticket for and put on there. But they're only there until the end of the line, which gets them out of Dallas and into the suburbs. *sigh* Sad but true. Homeless rate in Dallas down 10%! Homeless rate in Allen, up 30%!
