I wasn't sure if I should put this in funny stuff, cool stuff, or movies. So whatever. Hopefully it's not blocked in your countries for excessive blood.

It's scout's guide to the zombie apocalypse. Looks retarded, and yet, so much potential.

Check the armwrestlers face. Damn, the bodybuilder lost before it even began.

huh. That did better than I thought it would. Still would prefer to have a full size car around me, though. Or better yet, just not get in a crash at all.

As a former scout, and lover of cats, strippers and zombies, I approve this.

That's badass. :D

Are these special trains/locomotives or are the normal ones perfectly capable of doing this?

Yeah, mae me think of that movie too. :)

Although it got so much positive press, I didn't think it was that good though...it just crossed over into the weird a little bit too much for me, at least for a movie who was also trying to be gritty and post-apocalyptic at the same time.

I liked it, but it certainly had issues. Also the ending seemed like it was trying for a 'we win and everything is now fixed' sorta vibe, but what I pulled out of it was ...

Prime Bbcode Spoiler Show 'Totally a spoiler for how the movie ends'
'all the poor people died when their cars got knocked off the track and now everyone else is also going to die because the train stopped'. So... good job, you just killed the human race. Hope it was worth your petty vengeance you douche bag.

Hahaha. I have that feeling often at the end of movies, particularly post-apocalyptic or scifi movies.

Like in the recent Mad Max.

They kill the Big Bad and most of his army, and arrive home to take over his minisociety of (by then) mostly children, women, weak and infirm. They open the floodgates and let water pour out of the aquifer, and then...the movie ends. There is literally zero information on how they are going to reform/rebuild the society, how there is going to be a better life for anyone or whether they will manage to create a sustainable future for themselves or not. Just opening the floodgates permanently doesn't seem such a great way to start, for one. And to be honest, it really very much looks like the answer is "Nope" to that last question. As bad as the Big Bad was, at least he knew how to run a sustainable society. Being the Good Guy doesn't automatically make you better at that, contrary to popular belief - one could argue that the opposite is true in a world such as theirs.
