One thing about that movie, i went to kings canyon this year. There is no way that ANYONE could climb that in full drag!!!!!

yea. They make boots and jackets and stuff too. They make some stuff for the Army that totally rocks (jacket, pants, sleeping bag, boots).

yea, I loved my gortex crap. I've got two pairs of gortex boots... in freakin' Texas. These things would be warm in the arctic.... but anyway.... I really wish I had that gortex sleeping back. Two parts, it's all fibery stuff so it can't get wet (yay!) and with both parts you could survive in Antarctica. Oh, and it has a compression bag that makes it squish down to this small ball, about the size of a soccer ball or so. Freakin' marvelous. Too bad I couldn't steal mine.
