Does that mean that given enough earthquakes we could walk like we were on the moon?
I used to know a nutter who had this theory figured out that during some total solar eclipse (which requires a certain positioning of the planets as you might know) gravity would get reversed and we'd all shoot off into space. 
needless to say, nothing happened during the eclipse. I always wonder what those guys predicting a doomsday do after fuck all happens? Do they shrug their shoulder and predict a new date? Get a life? Kill themselves over it? All valid options.
