Awesome...I hope no one gets killed, but other than that volcanoes are mighty fine. The thing with them is: if you don't come near them, you can't get killed. It's not like with hurricanes, floodings, earthquakes, forestfires and what have you, just stay the fuck away and you're good.

I'm just saying that they're an awesome force of nature that doesn't necessarily have to be dangerous to humans. :) If I were king of the world -matter of years now- I'd forbid people to live in a certain radius of volcanoes, and instead invest in superb farming programs. Volcanic soil is rich in minerals as you probably know. Max agricultural payoff and minimal threat to humans!

Just semi listened in on a news report

From what I managed to gather, an earth quake caused the volcano to errupt.
