Post Ox Owns You
Ox sent me beer. Thus, Ox owns every last one of you bastards. The beer is currently sitting on my living room table because I'm too lazy to put it in the fridge. Once I get over that laziness level, I shall drink it (with Shiny's assistance) and rate them right here in this thread. Then you may all praise both myself and Ox, because we Own You.

Lol, It's not the kind of beer i'm worried about, it's what he's added TO the bear that I'm worried about.

Anyway, ox pwns me every other day. We take it in turns to be the bitch.

That's right Mole buttercakes...you're mine ;)

Anyway, hehe, nice thread, thanks! Of course, I voted for myself. :P Thanks to whoever the kind soul was that made the other vote. And of course, I was glad to send it and I hope you'll enjoy them. And that you could decipher the accompanying letter. A rating in this thread would be very nice...it's still sucky that I couldn't make a better and wider selection due to postage over 5 kilos being horrifically expensive, but meh. I'll be waiting for the scores. 8-)

Kriek Lindemans

Kriek Bellevue

Two Krieks might be too much tho, Satis isn't a sugartooth. I put in the bellevue one hurriedly at the last moment, would have chosen an other one if I had more time. But maybe Shiny will like them. Btw Satis, make sure you use the 'right' glasses eh..no regular beerglass for the Rochefort etc. ;)

And you did this for nothing? No money? Nor even sexual favours?

*Confused by Ox's inhumane generousity*

Derf, I'm cheap, but more out of necessity than conviction. I don't mind spending cash/trouble on pals, within the realm of the acceptable.

Arathorn: blasphemer! It's good beer...a real delirium tremens, that's bad. :P Never had one, but saw it happen to some kid once. Was funny and freaky at the same time.

lol, well, the 'right' glasses is all about that some shapes of beerglasses make the beer's taste come out better, depending on what sort it is. In your case I'd use the Duvel glasses (they're very similar to standard trappist glasses) for the Rochefort, Karmeliet and the two Kriek beers. The hoegaarden grand cru and the delirium are ok for a mug, and the satan beer is good for anything really. :) Meh, it's not that the beer will suck if you don't use these glasses, but for Rochefort for example it does make a big difference. I think J would agree with that. :)

It means that I'm generally speaking cheap, but not cos I'm materialistic but because I justy can't afford to throw away cash at this time. I thought that would be clear. :P
