I admire people in that line of work. The crazy (smelly, bloody, nasty) crap they have to deal with is out of this world.

For sure man. And they're usually not paid all that well and have to work some crazy hours. Not to mention having to deal with belligerent bystanders or patients. Endless respect for people who do this because they actually enjoy helping people despite all the shit they have to deal with. We're not paying these people anywhere near enough.

Yep sounds about right. Though I think there are only 3 native Britons left. Mostly Celtic-Germanics these days.
