lol, what kinda girly things do i say?

it's really hard to know how I went derf :S I think i did ok overall, lots of my subjects get marked up cos they are 'harder'. I also did a year 12 subject last year and got a perfect score in it O_O so that'll count towards this year's mark. Results are out December 13th. Then the first round uni offers come out early next year. fingers crossed

hehe, i was going to announce just 'i am legal' but i figured satis would put the sick spin onto it.
Turns out it didn't matter :P

Actually i don't know if you say girly things. But i assume you do sometimes.
Oh and you're the gigglemeister, that's kinda girly right?

Anyway he could have seen your prom-photo's.

SO what's up with the Uni-offers? They kinda select you or what, if you send in a letter to apply? Like the american system (of which my knowledge is limited to tv-series).

The uni offers sorta change with the different courses. But generally, with most courses this is how it goes. Everyone fills out a preference list of 8 courses, (12 if you are willing to pay full fee). Usually you put the one that is highest to get into first. Then the uni offers people go through each list, from top to bottom, and they will offer you the highest course that you qualify for. i.e. if your top course is 95, second 91, and third 82. And you only get a score of 85, then the top two are disregarded and you are offered the third.

Then you have all the weirdy courses, like design and art courses, where you have to go for an interview to present a folio, then there are some others (like scholarships) where you need to fill out an expression of interest form.

Wow, you can't get into certain classes if your grades aren't good? That's bizarre. :o I don't know, but wouldn't that somwhat create classes where the fabulously smart are packed together on the one hand, and the retarded ones on the other?

And how's the computer gaming class, still up for grabs? ;)

Anyway, great job Suga!! Time to relax now, and get majorly drunk! ;) (or something more constructive, hehe)

as if something more constructive!!

Yeah the scores for the courses reflect their popularity, but the thing is that there are always so many other pathways into the course you want, high scores just mean you'll get in first go hopefully.
