Actually i live in aarschot now, which is somewhere in between leuven en antwerpen. Never imagined i would live in a town with such a bizar name though.

It is semi-official - basically we work sorta with the police and neighborhood to keep crime down in our area. We get updates before to any crime that did occur in the area to make it known to the others. It's pretty much bullshit and I got railroaded into taking the position. If they only knew what crime we do...lmao.. but seriously I have like a captain on each block which is supposed to be the one to stick their neck out if there is something going on for their block, and I kinda head the organization. It is a small group of people (5-6 streets total with about 50 houses maybe).

We all get guns and lynch anyone that looks funnyy
