Thats not true. Jesus obeyed all of God's law including the Sabbath. He did heal on the sabbath but that doesnt not prove Jesus disobeyed the sabbath.
To make it a real world application. Supposed that your are keeping the Sabbath. you are resting, reading the bible and praying. Then you hear someone cry for help outside. You go outside to find a child pinned under a car. You are not breaking the Sabbath by going out there to help the child (do good).
Jesus and his disiples also picked corn on the Sabbath because they needed food.
Again, if there is something you "need", such as food or water, your not disobeying the sabbath by seeking it.
