Wow, somehow your point always seemed larger irl Satis. Must be because of good lighting and stuff. :) Bleh, bored. Out of beer and snacks, 3 AM but not tired enough to go to bed yet. I'd drink coke but the caffeine would keep me up too long. The unbearable coolness of being. Me.

Hehehe. Not only do you have to deal with morons on an involuntarily basis, you also do it for a living. I wonder if that would make you more tolerant towards them, or less. Maybe you take it out on your job? And your pets? And those ppl buried in your backyard? *puts on shrink glasses*

ummmmm....according to the stats I've seen, it's not exactly a landslide victory

Code:
  Candidate       electoral         popular     %

 Bush (R)             254        58,187,575        51
 Kerry (D)             242        54,639,645       48

that's updated as of today.

Bush winning, yes. Landslide victory? No.

Did I say landslide?
I said Bush broke the recorded on the number of popular votes received.

And it is a landslide, for Republicans.

Bush will win
Republicans picked up more Senate seats and won control of it
Repbulicans picked up alot of seats in the House and are predicted to win that
10 states voted FOR banning same-sex marriages

The only thing the Republicans lost was California voted for stem cell research.

ahh, sorry, took your gloating as a massive Bush victory, which it really isn't. as far as gross popular votes, yea, looks like you're right. My bad, I'll be nicer in the future (cough).

banning same-sex marriage = crappy IMO, but that's the US. What was with the stem-cell thing? Approved for research, or shot down? I wish they'd just allow it unfettered federally so people can start growing me new organs now, before I need them.

According to Satis' figures, Kerry (54,639,645) also broke Reagan's record, since you guys don't have obligation to vote it is very dependent of how many people show up. And this year these numbers were very high, so both scored high.

Anyway glad to see you in a good mood 11b :D

Heh, like Putin knows anything about elections, well he's good at the rigging part, but he's not the person to care for opinions of the public.
