holy crap. You don't know who the doors/Jim Morrison are? A rather popular band from the 60s/early 70s. I'm sure you've heard their music, it's rather hard to avoid.

Insofar as the movie, Jim Morrison filming an infomercial? I'm honestly not too impressed, but I'm sure some people are.

Do you know who the Beatles are? It's not much different. The Doors are a part of rock history.

I'm really terrible when it comes down to music. BUT even i know who the Doors are, at least i know some songs, and if you haven't heard the name of Jim Morrison i don't know what's wrong, but something surely is.

listened to "the doors radio" for a while even though firefox didn't seem to like it, actually had to use ie... and heard nothing even remotely good let alone recognised anything

At least you should know "The End", you might know it from Apocalypse Now, really great song imo, and it really fits in the whole movie.
And i didn't know a lot of songs from the doors radio either i think, as said before i don't know a thing about music. Riders on the storm was one i recognized as well. But overall i'm terrible at remembering titles.
